BOARD EXAMS UPDATE
ISC board Exams 2023 have started from February 13, 2023, while the ICSE 10th exams are going to start on 27 February, 2023.
The CBSE class 12 Exams will start on 24 February 2023, while CBSE class 10 exams are going to start on 27 February 2023.
HOW TO TAKE PRECAUTIONS AT HOME
- Keep Social Distancing
- Sanitize Hands and wash with Handwash whenever you reach home.
- Use Double Mask, a surgical mask and a cotton mask on top of it.
- Daily keep a record of Temperature, Oxygen Level, BP, Heart Rate
- Keep Polyciser to do lung exercise
- Take steam at least twice a day
- Do pranayam like : Kapalbhati,Bhastrika,Anulom Vilom and Surya Namaskar.
- Do lung strengthening Asanas like : Pavanmukta Asan,Naukasan and Bhujangasan.
- Above all Keep yourself motivated.
